Does a Thermalright SLK900 fit on a Asus P4P800?

I'm gonna get an Asus P4P800 mobo and P4 2.6C processor, does the SLK900 or 800U fit on this mobo or is it a tight fit? I dont want to bend capacitors or modify the board to make this heatsink fit. Anyone have this combo?

Fits without any issues.

I'm running an SLK-900U with a Panaflow 92mm L1A @ 12V (43cfm or so).

Idle: 25C - 100% Load for several hours: 41C

Let me know what temps yours reads out, I can't decide if mine are being reported really low or not, I suspect they might be as I only have one 120mm case fan for exhaust (Antec Sonata case).

The temps are the same if I'm at 2600 or running 3300 (both at stock 1.5V, but the P4P800 overvolts to 1.54 or so).

I got the SLK-900-U also on the board without any problems at all.

I put the Vantec Tornado on it (next I need to get a fan controller cause this thing is loud) ... at any rate ... Tornado has about 119 CFM and my CPU runs around 31 at idle and 38 under gaming loads ... I peaked at 41.
