Does a Slingbox use up internet bandwidth if no one is actively viewing content remotely?

Just wondering if the Slingbox uses up any internet bandwidth if tv tuner is on, but no one is using remove viewing slingbox software player?

Nope... doesn't use anything. It's just a server waiting for an incoming connection.
