Does a Skype device exist with the <x> features?

I was just thinking. Does a Skype device like this one DLINK without a PC requirement exist?

Basically, I want to make calls from my cellphone and patch it thru Skype so I don't have to pay crazy international rates. I also don't want my computer running all the time just to make a remote Skype call.
