Does a Phoneline LAN interfere with DSL?

Hello All:

I currently have QWest DSL. Does anyone know if the Diamond Homefree Phone Networking kit would interfere with DSL? Since both use the phone line, I need to make sure they won't interfere with each other.

-thanks

ya the filters are supposed to allow for anything else to be used on the line...never used home phoneline networking though....

I have heard tell of people running DSL, phonewire LAN, and voice/fax/dialup on the same line. 😀
The two most amazing copper wires in the world.

Except that theirs like 6 in there. A regular voice line only uses 2, but there are more than 2 in there.

Yea, and...? Did I miss something? Because last time I checked voice, DSL, and networking only require 2.

Thanks guys. Although I cannot find a definite YES answer on Diamond's website, I'll go ahead and give it a try.

It shouldn't interfere, I remember reading that in my home PNA documentation. The frequencies each uses for data transmission is different (IE voice freq A, PNA freq B, DSL freq C)

I know earthlink offered me a similar setup (phone networking) I don't know the brand, but they said it would work with their DSL setup.

I connected DSL, HomePNA, and voice (voice, answering machine, fax) all on the same line with no problems.
