I want a PC case with the following features:

  • Support for vertically-mounted GPU (or maybe the proper term is "sideways" or "parallel" mounted... you know what I mean)
  • External 5.25" drive bays (I still like having a Blu-Ray drive in my machine)
  • Remove-able dust trays (including on both the front and bottom)
  • Top-mounted AIO radiator option
  • Side window panel

That's it, really. I just want a case with all of those things. But it seems hard to find. I'm having an especially hard time finding a case with both the vertically-mounted GPU option, AND the option for an optical disc drive. (It seems that all of the fancy newer cases that have vertical GPU mounting options, also tend to lack optical drive bays.)

Price isn't that much of an issue, really. I would just love if there was SOMETHING that had all these things.

Of course they exist. You can filter all your case requirements that you stated except for the vertical GPU mounting at Newegg. You can then browse the cases until you see one that also has the GPU requirement: Newegg Results

On the first page of the results, it shows the Fractal Design R6 and Cooler Master Trooper which feature all of your requirements. If you don't like those, I'm sure you can find one you like somewhere in the filtered results.

The desire for a front 5.25” bay really limits the options these days. As mentioned above however, there are still a few very nice choices.

Another option is to get an external dvd drive. It really frees up the case options, but does mean you’ll need space for it.
