Does a MB/Processor combo come already together?

I ordered a MB and processor (MSI K7T/Duron 650)separetly last week from Lynncomp.com they just informed me that the processor isn't in stock and they havn't sent either out. I wan't something kinda fast. Is it ok buy a MB w/ processor using Price Watch it seems to be about the same price? and Does the processor come installed even if it says retail under the MB?

Also does anyone know the price and quality difference between the K7TPro and the K7TPro2?
