Does a good palm size mini-keyboard exists?

Anyone got recommendations on a palm size HTPC keyboard? Needs to have a touch pad and most importantly a good wireless range. I've got a couple of the rectangular Rii ones. Their form factor is nice but their wireless range is horrible and the non-removable battery sucks. Also got the weird shaped original Lenovo one with track ball. The ball sucks and the keys are to small and hard to differentiate.
 
Might I suggest using your phone?
There's a gazillion remote control apps on market for all three.
 
You know what, I searched palm size mini-keyboard in google and there are thousands of results. So, there are palm size mini-keyboard.
Buti am wondering why need this?
