Does a 90 degree Displayport cable exist?

In other words, one that plugs into the port and then immediately takes a 90 degree turn downward. I need one to mount my monitor flush to the wall... But as far as I can tell nobody makes such a cable. That's crazy!!!

Did a quick search and all I could find was mini displayport.

What monitor is it?

edit: if for some reason the .co.uk automatically redirects to .com (i.e. you live in the US), just replace it with .co.uk (it should be ~$20 on .co.uk shipped)

40mm total length, so it'll probably pop out ~ 1"

kinda weird how pictures of it on google are significantly easier to find than the actual product...
also weird how none of the retailers for it are from the US :S...

Are there other devices connected to the monitor also? why not go with the much more common HDMI or DVI right angle connectors?

What about something like this one ? http://www.necdisplay.com/p/cables-adapters/ca-dp90-2
90 Deg at one end, straight display port at the other, you would then need a cable from that to
where it is going.

You can then use something like this Male / Female Displayport extension cable:
