Cause 9:00 was when the fuckface was supposed to he here.
Does any contractor do what they say?

Answer:
9:00 = 10:24
Then he wants to do less work than what I was quoted. I said fine, but charge me less. He's doing it all.

Does any General Contractor keep their jobsites clean? I hate a messy job site.
I thought it was cute when a friend was paying a contractor for renovations - after sanding a wall (drywall), he'd spend 2 hours cleaning up the dust before doing the next wall. I attempted to politely point out that she's being ripped off (paying for the job by the hour, and there were many other instances of similar wastes of time), but it went in one ear and out the other, because he did nice work.

Ya know, I understand that shit happens, and sometimes people are late for when they said they'd show up.

HOWEVER....common decency, AND a good business practice, says to call and let the customer know they're going to be late, and by approximately how long. Some people actually have to take time off from work, to meet a contractor, and it's frustrating when they decide your time is worthless to them.

A few years ago, I told a Friend I was going to get some estimates on vinyl siding,
he said I know a guy.

The guy was his 25 year old Son and 2 of his buddies, they did decent work,
but they showed up at like 1-2 in the afternoon. I said you guys should be here
at 7am, when it is cooler outside. Nope they worked till dusk then went and had a few beers.... Noon time the next day. LOL.
