Does 3 resistors taped together create lots of heat?

Ok i DIY a fan controller using 3 resitors of 10, 10 and 33 ohms in a series circuit. Since they are so long, i bent it into S shaped and use electrical tape to secure theme togehter. It is connected to a standard molex connector in my PC.

Will it create lots of heat and have the possibility of or starting a fire? I just want to confirm.
 
That would depend on the amount of current going through them. If we're talking about a regular fan, I highly doubt it. If you're using a jet engine for a fan, I'd be a little worried.
