Does 166 FSB matter in this case?

I have a Tbred A 1700+ and it isn't a great overclocker, as I have to go up to 1.6v to even get it to 10x166=1667MHz. But anyway, my Ram is just some crappy Crucial PC2100 that won't do 166, so is there any difference between running at 12.5x133=1667MHz, or 10x166=1667MHz if the memory can only do 133?

If your RAM is only capable of 133, run the FSB at 133 too... it's more important to run it in sync when you're using older RAM like that.
