IMHO its far better then the stupid MPGe

Its not perfect though

MPGe kills me. Nissan's Leaf advertisement is "129/102 city/hwy MPGe", what garbage! The actual EPA range is only 75 miles! It's so misleading it's not even funny. I don't care if it gets a millione miles MPGe, if you can only go 75 miles, then only advertise that! Especially with electric-only vehicles where range is a serious issue.

What I think would be better is summer/winter MPG. The 2013 Honda Fit EV gets 82 miles summer, 40-50 miles winter. So advertise it that way. I think they should also state battery life depreciation time (ex. drops 20% in 3 years) and the replacement battery cost.
