Removing troops from Iraq will not stop the terrorism. Stationing more troops in Iraq will not stop the terrorism.

Only the Iraqis taking command of there own country will defeat the terrorism.

That will require a lot more resolve and leadership than the Iraqis have yet been able to muster.
