That's far more than the usual 20,000 to 40,000 bottles he normally ships twice a year.

yup, sounds like pretty hardcore evidence we are going somewhere over there in hordes.

worked for me...

"Paul Burke, owner of Sun Fun Products, said his company has received an order for more than 153,000 4-ounce, scentless bottles of SPF 15 Native Tan sunscreen to be shipped to the Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin in Tracy, Calif."

That's bad business by Paul Burke. Why would he go public with this? I would imagine he makes a boatload of $ off of the DoD deals. Unless he has a guaranteed contract that was a pretty stupid move from a business stand point. I can't imagine the DoD will be ordering so much sun block from him from now on.

:)

My exact thought. What retards!

Ask any dermotoligist, SPF 15 is all most of them recommend, they say that anything above that provides very little additional protection. I burn very very easy (5 min or less) and with SPF15 on I don't even darken in 6 hours. SPF 15 is all you really need.

Actually, my dermatologist did say I should use a higher SPF. SPF 15 does very little for you if you are in direct sunlight for that long. Even for a much shorter period your skin will still damage (although some people do not "burn" easily). Of course grad school is the ultimate suncreen :p

Hmmmm - when I was deployed to the Middle East in support of Enduring Freedom, we were never issued sunblock - I guess they did not have time to contact Sun Fun Products in advance of the war.

Bull Frog

Incredible stuff

Was out in the summer sun in TX when it was about 100 degrees and sunny all day. Out there for about 8 hours straight, sweaty as hell, etc.

Got home and didn't have one single bit of redness. Was exactly like I was before I left the house. And I burn pretty quick too. Never seen anything work that well. Too bad it's $9 for about 2 applications :(
