DoD for HL 2 retail?

I bought the vanilla $54 HL2 retail package. Will I get DoD for free?

you can buy cs: source for 10 bucks more right now, so when DOD source hits, you can grab that for 10 bucks most likely (this is through steam)

If you can find it let me know... I just figured I'd have to pay an extra 30-40 bucks for the two new source games since I was a n00b and didn't pay for silver.

Thats what I'm wondering too... if that is the case I'll be pissed at my roommate who assured me that I should get the retail because it was "better"
