Hi, I just purchased an upgrade to Norton 2006 at their website, and am on the order page, I click on the DOWNLOAD NOW button, a new window pops up, and eventually it says Alert: This document contains no data. That was with Mozilla, I tried it again with internet explorer and got this page cannot be displayed. I also tried saving the link to a desktop but that didnt work. I am running WindowsXP home, comcast cable, fully updated mozilla, 1.5gig ram and a geforce5200...just in case that matters, thanks very much for your help.
