been behind and decided to catch up on several episodes last night. The season finale was just ok, the ending and how the doctor died was too predictable.

This season, I thought "the god complex", "the girl who waited", and "the doctor's wife" were the best episodes. In general, I sort of wish rory was a stronger character. the silence as a villain is a dont care. i still like Eccleston and Tennant better. Not sure if Amy and Rory are off the show but it seems like it. Looking forward to next season (and the christmas special, if there is one).
 
as has been said before, a big pile of crap pretending to be clever. the bar and the live chess were the best parts - very sci-fi, and a bold choice to have the time-traveling spaceman's story take place somewhere other than contemporary england. and the less said about river song, the better.

if the universe is going to keep destroying itself only to be saved by a woman in the last minute, i'm quitting this show outright. is that 4 times now? i know this show is for kids, but that doesn't mean a kid should write it.

Didn't really like it... which is rare.

Too much being crammed into the last hour, kind of like the mid-season finale. Didn't like that one too much either. Parts were good, but it really overdid it.

"Girl who waited" is my season favourite.
 
The Doctor's Wife was the best episode this season. It had some of the greatest quotes:

Idris : Will it be me, Uncle?
Uncle: Yeah, it's gonna be you. I only wish I could go in your place, Idris. Nah I don't, 'cause it's really gonna hurt.

Idris: Hey! Hey! You're my thief!
Auntie: She's dangerous! Guard yourselves!
The Doctor: Why am I a thief? What have I stolen?
Idris: Me. Are you going to steal me. You have stolen me. You are stealing me. Oh! Tenses are difficult, aren't they?

Uncle: I'm Uncle. I'm everybody's uncle. Just keep back from this one. She bites!
Idris: Do I? Excellent! {She bites him} Biting's excellent! It's like kissing. Only there's a winner.

The Doctor: The TARDIS?
Idris: Time and Relative Dimension in Space. Yes that's it. Names are funny. It's me. I'm the TARDIS.
The Doctor: No you're not! You're a bitey mad lady. The TARDIS is up-and-downy stuff in a big blue box.
