Doctor Who Query

mine was due to an idea that was rattling around in my head for a few weeks now.

4th season is coming out soon. There will be no 2009 season. 5th season will start in 2010.
 
4th season? Wasn't the 4th season back in the 60s or 70s? The only good thing about that show was Tom Baker. Well, when I was a kid. As an adult, it is horrible.
