I'm ordered to work out 30 minutes of every day and change my diet considerably. Really odd, I feel fine and have been in good shape. (6'2" 195lbs) Cholesterol and lipoprotein tests were off the scale, though. Triglycerides were 511. 😱

Anyhoo a good reminder for those of you who haven't had your cholesterol checked lately. I'm glad I had mine done!
