DOCSIS 3.0 Live in Jacksonville ?

I've heard that Comcast would be starting docsis 3 service in Jacksonville, Fl today. Can anyone verify that its up and what speed they're getting? Is comcast replacing existing modems with new 3.0 units? I'm on St. Augustine Comcast, we're on fibre to comcast in Jacksonville so hopefull to see it available here too.
