My gf is looking for this article, it's the 1985 Mallampati one (not the newer article). Anyone know where i might find it?

go to a medical library, they probably have it. You might get lucky and find an electronic copy too.

It looks like "The Canadian Anaesthetists' Society journal", the journal in which the 1985 article was published, is now called "Canadian journal of anaesthesia" (link). The latter has past issues available online, but only as far back as January 1987

To obtain older issues, they suggest that you order them from a service such as Loansome Doc, CARL Uncover, or The British Library, Boston Spa
