DOA iDEQ 200V?

I just purchased a 200V to "test drive" for a customer who wants some SFF workstations for his business. Everything I had read lead me to believe they were easy to configure and reasonably reliable, so I ordered one in to build. True, putting it together was a breeze, but I have yet to make it run. I used an Athlon A2000XP+ processor robbed from a working machine, but when I power it up, it runs for about 1 second and shuts down. Not being a novice at troubleshooting, I disconnected all but CPU, RAM and keyboard, cleared the BIOS and tried again. Same result. I then tried an Athlon 1100 I had laying around and it booted for about 10 seconds. The 1100 now no longer works, period. The 2000 works fine in other machines.

Any brilliant suggestions other than an RMA?
