Have you actually played it or are you just basing it off the eye candy? Rent and a couple of his co-workers at Gamestop all bought the game with the intention of returning it the next day but from what he told me, the game actually has more depth and is quite fun to play

Yeah, out of the 5 of us that bought it, 1 returned it. I have over 10 hours logged on the game clock now and everytime I turn the f'n thing on, I play for another 2 or 3 :Q

Besides, once you play the game for a bit, you'll see why it was rated "M". This game is about boobs and the fact that they jiggle at the slightest movement. The fact that the actually volleyball portion to it is fun is a bonus. There's also relationship management (which is quirky, but entertaining), gambling, and tons of cleavage.

Its also a GREAT party game, you get 2 guys playing and they just won't stop. There is a surprising amount of content for a seemingly shallow game.

its rated M i think, a friend game me his copy and i gotta say it really sux, i played blackjack in the casino more than i played volleyball, the game is terrible imho

its a bunch of dudes with huge smiles on their faces watching the girls jump around and giggle.

at the end they all put pillows over their laps to cover up their hardons.

what about that does not say "buy this game to see hot chicks"

I'm sorry, but I have to argue. That IS the only selling point. It is what is advertised and that is what is known for. No one goes out and buys this game saying "oooh, I want to buy this game because the volleyball looks really good." In fact, volleyball is not even the main focus of the game.. it's buying stuff for the girls and getting skimpier outfits.

I'm not arguing that its not fun game still. I don't know, I never played it so I can't say. But what else is the selling point?

Welcome to marketing 101. Exibit A (DoA:XVB commercial) is what is considered humor, a joke if you will. Its only intention is to spark interest in the game. It doesn't showcase the entire game. Perhaps you've heard "don't judge a book by its cover"

But yes, its rated M.

In the actual games, you get to see the Japanese, UK, and American ads for DOA3, DOA2, and DOA1. Its quite remarkable how much the ads differ between the countrys.

There is actually some graphics of the naked body in a cut scene. I have never played the game but I have seen the pictures several times.

The game is not based on sex, it's based on a video game series.
The game's content isn't sex, it's volleyball (and gambling, etc.)

But...the game's selling point is most definitely sex.
