I remember my grade school teachers spending so much time teaching us how to write in cursive. I dontknow anyone that actually still uses it.

Do they still teach it? Why bother? does anyone use it?

yep, I write in cursive. Actually, I use some sort of semi-cursive, it's faster than writing block letters for me.

Edit: I should add, that anything of importance I hand in typed anyways, so my handwriting is usually used in notes. This is good because my handwriting leaves something to be desired.

no. Some of my letters tend to flow together, but it's still print, not cursive. I hate writing cursive as it takes too long, and I hate reading cursive.

I print in all caps (big caps and little caps). Somebody told me that was a sign of some psychological disorder, so I told them to fvck off and mind their own business.

It's an archaic waste. I was always beleagured in school because my script was so hard to read. The second they started allowing me to go back to print, I did. Although most everything was typed by then.

thats my view of it too. i might 'link' a couple letters together in cursive, but overall its still print.

same here. more like a shorthand. its kind of cursive mixed with printing for optimized speed and legibility. achieves great effeciency for me. although, its more printing, with a little bit a cursive mixed in.

Smart people write in cursive. It's what separates us from the neanderthals.
