Ok, i don't have the drive anymore to work out. Whenever i go, i do maybe like 10 situps and couple of bench sessions and i just dont' want to do it. I mean, i do want to workout, but i just don't have the energy.
Is there some workout supplements you guys can recommend?
I'm taking protein shakes after working out, but that's about it.
