Ok, i don't have the drive anymore to work out. Whenever i go, i do maybe like 10 situps and couple of bench sessions and i just dont' want to do it. I mean, i do want to workout, but i just don't have the energy.

Is there some workout supplements you guys can recommend? :D

I'm taking protein shakes after working out, but that's about it.

take some B-complex vits, they should help pick you up, and try a good Multi vit. like the GNC Ultra Mega Gold

try some distance running/ general cardio to help. once you get in good shape and can run 10 miles doing 3 sets on each machine doesn't seem so bad

Sounds like you need sleep and rest. Stop working out for a week or 2 and see how you feel.

oh, you want to, but lack energy. Go to bed earlier or try a short cardio workout in the morning, and harder at lunch

IMO upping your protein is all you need, and of course making sure you eat and sleep enough. My feeling is that many supplements are marketing gimmicks.

back before the FDA banned it to prevent the idiots from leaving the gene pool, I used to use the ECA stack - ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin. Great for mental concentration both in the gym and out. Now I have to resort to just caffeine though.
