I just spray on a coat of primer on my case and i'm gonna spray on another coat of primer in a couple of hours. I was wondering should i wetsand it b4 i spray on another coat of primer??
Also after i finish two coats of primer, do i have to wetsand it b4 i spray on the color.
Let me know.

thanks

I just use 1000 grit sandpaper (dry), then wipe it all down with a Tack cloth between coats. Don't touch anything after using the Tack cloth though, the finger-prints will show through the paint.

Proper way to do it is to Wet sand between coats, & use the tack rag......takes all the little bumps down..

Wet sanding between coats will give you a smoother finish. You can even wet sand on the final coat and then use a good auto polish to buff it out. I'd watch the plastic though.

A tack cloth is just a cloth that is sticky. It will clean off all the dust before you paint. Keep it in the plastic bag between coats, so you don't get excessive dust and dirt on it. These can be found at any auto paint supply stores.
