Do you wear slippers at night?

I like slippers especially sock slippers!

Slippers are great. Everyone should have slippers.

You can never be too safe if you get called to muster at 300AM and you can't get your regular kicks in time.

Nope, do not own slippers. I do wear flip flops though.

Flip flops make a noise that reminds me of what feet would sound like with teeth and bad manners - chewing gum and popping it. Annoying. I can hear someone wearing flip flops 100 meters away.

I never had slippers until this past Xmas when my brother got me some and I wear them all the time now. They're so comfy.

Do these count?

They're super comfortable, I wear them everywhere indoors. I paid like $20 for them, which is not too bad considering the comfort. I would love to get a nice pair of slippers, all the cheap ones I've had fall apart within a year or two.

The last slippers I had were crocheted by my mother and that was almost 40 years ago, until yesterday when I bought a pair to keep my feel warm in the evening after I take my boots off. During the summer I just go barefoot.

Birkenstocks. Day and night unless I need to wear something formal. In that case, Vans.

I have some Rubycon slippers but I don't wear them. Every time come in contact with each other, I find myself in a wheat field in Kansas.

flip flops if the floor is dirty, or else barefoot. slippers, socks and such make my feet hot.

They make a world of difference for my feet.

I wear slippers all the time at home in the winter. I keep my house at 67F-ish and it feels damn chilly at times. Slippers and blankets are a must.

No. I might not mind having some though. Getting my regular shoes on though would take only a tiny bit more time than getting on slippers. :\

Yep, and I live in Guam. the floors are all tile and can be rough on the back and feet. They are not too hot and very comfortable.

My selection and highly recommended:

SMartwools can be had from Zappos

Is that cork I see?

Slippers are definitely much more comfortable than shoes. Much like PJs vs. dress clothes!

When I was doing things that required stuff like random overnight muster (US Navy) I always wore shower shoes.

If I'm walking around the house on a cold morning or evening maybe. Wouldn't wear them into bed though. The only thing I wear in bed are boxer-briefs. Anything else just gets tangled and makes me uncomfortable.

I have slippers, but I very infrequently wear them in the winter. They make my feet too hot. I'm usually barefoot; barefoot or socks. As soon as I get in the house, the shoes come off.
