When I worked as a cashier at a grocery store I rarely washed my hands. I would handle sick, leaky raw meat, get their money, move on to the next customer and ring up their apples all without washing my hands.

Just wash before you eat or after going to the bathroom and don't be nasty and pick your nose or stick your fingers in your mouth and you'll be fine.
