Do you wash your hands after using the restroom?

A notice was posted on the mirror of my company's restroom reminding us to wash our hands after we use the restroom. The notice states that 94% of the people in a survey claims to wash their hands, but after some test observations they find out that only 68% of the people actually do it. So just out of curiosity, do you wash your hands?

A thorough rinse with water most of the time, and if I'm in a hurry, I'll do a quick wash.

I consider not washing hands after you have done your toliet business very unhygienic.

Soap and water. Where I work, people will go #1 and even #2 without washing their hands after they're done. It makes me sick to my stomach. I saw this one guy coming out of the stalls and heading over to the vending machine right after.

Yes, I wash my hands. Worked in the bakery for a little while and had to wash my hands so often because for some reason I kept touching my face. Good thing I'm out of there.

Yeah, soap and water, then use the paper towel to open the door because I know that dude in shipping that wears a wife beater to work every day and has more hair on his back than I do on my head doesn't wash his hands before opening the door.

/edit and oh yeah under most normal conditions urine is sterile.

Usually a rinse with water since school soap dispensers don't have soap.

1. get the paper to come out first so I don't have to touch the dirty handle again.
2. wash with soap
3. grab paper, clean
4. use the paper to push the paper handle if I need more
5. use the paper to open door
6. throw away paper in the waste bastket near my work area.

You should call them on it. Expect to get your tires slashed, but in the end, it will be worth it.

step 6 can be replaced with, hold door open with foot.

that works at places that would put a trash bin near the door. Many bastards at work throw the !@#$ing paper by the door.

yea, i dont get why people do that. especially at my workplace where there is a trash bin right next to the fvcking door.

SOap and water. And i NEVER sit on the toilet seat ever. And I flush with my foot. And if I'm feeling especially grossed out, i'll use the paper towel to open the doors.
