I recently updated two things at once - Windows 10 and my Adobe Lightroom / adobe manager.

I can't tell where this dialog comes from / is it legitimate? Googling the message isn't pinpointing it easily.

No - although I'm suspecting it's the MSI (motherboard) Live Update Service crap software I installed.
Next time it comes up, I'm going to kill that process and see if it goes away.
