they're WAY too expensive to change that often

I change my spark plugs every other oil change cause they are so cheap.

(champs rule) :D
Really? You serious? I agree that they're too expensive to change every 40k, but then again, OEM's would love if we all followed the OEM recommended part lives, no? :D

So quick question, why do you change your plugs every other oil change?? Well, besides the fact they're cheap. Or at least yours are.

well for my car it's recommended to change the plug wires every 75,000 kms or roughly 40-50K miles (i put on good ones around that mark - Cranes)

I change the spark plugs that often merely simply because they ARE so cheap, and very easy to change.. it's simple piece of mind is all. :)

Hmm, I'm guessing by the KMS and the low cost of plugs you're somewhere in Europe or England? That would of course explain the urge to change your plugs so often. :)

Not unless they're old and crusty and/or damaged.
