yes and no...
I have a standard "base" for a password
for example, it could be 2w3ePQ4
hotmail would be h2w3ePQ4
anandtech would be at2w3ePQ4
etc. I just add at the beginning or end of the basic password.
You could probably do something like that, but program hotkeys or something on your keyboard to do the base part... then it could be a matter of 2 or 3 keys to type in a complicated password
