I used to when I was running an A64 3000+ but now that I'm on a much slower CPU with half the memory it slows Windows down too much so I don't bother. I used to run Windowblinds and changed my theme regularly. My favourite was the OSX theme.

Uxtheme patcher + visual styles from [insert customize/theme site here]. I like CodenameOpus a lot but I'll have to check to see if theres any new, good minimal styles out there.

ive been using styleXP for a while, but i stopped because it was getting slow.

i used to use flyakiteOSX to make windows look like OSX.

then i started to use windowblinds, but that program is a memory hog and i dont have much memory to spare (512MB).

if you really want to go old skooll, look up yzdock.

Try Stardock.com. They have demos of most of their stuff. Neat, but it does take its share of your system resources.
