Do you use mouse acceleration?

wow a surprising number, i figured most people would leave it at on considering it's winxp default

I think you should state it's called "Enhance Pointer Precision." Some people may not realize that this == mouse acceleration.

Right click over the checkbox then click "What's This?"

Also, I forgot to mention, I do have it on. I like how it is more precise with the smaller movements, but it still moves fast across the screen when I want it to.

same reason i got it on too.

I do, but I have it set to low acceleration. It sortof felt weird with out it. I guess I'm used to some XP default settings.

Yes, 21" monitor.

Yep, at high resolutions you NEED acceleration, or it takes two passes just to get the mouse across the screen.
Exactly. I prefer a trackball so I want to cover the screen in one thumb movement.
