In fact I should get one. My keyboard is damn dirty and mouse also so washing my hands doesn?t do much good since then I get the stuff on me when I type. I clean my desk but the keyboard and mouse built up lots of crap on them really fast. I take them home about once a month and clean them up.
My company doesn?t want to spring the money to buy me a new set; in fact I still use a mouse with a ball , so annoying having to clean it all the time to make it work correctly.

it fine as long as it's ethanol-based. you're thinking of the anti-bacterial soaps and such, which usually have triclosan. bugs can become resistant to that. so at home i use plain bar soap and water, but my mobile set-up is the ethanol-based, cucumber melon hand sanitizer.

i don't think any of them have more than a placebo effect
That would be a negative.

They're alcohol based.

Mine's 62% alcohol. heh - i'm going to try lighting some of this stuff on fire in the garage when i get home. since it's a gelatin-type composition, maybe it'll do something cool.

lol. once a firebug, always a firebug.

It will probably work... 62% shoul be enough, but barely. It will work better if it's warm.

Put some on the end of a knife, light it, and flick it around at random... while you're drunk. Fun!

;)
