Do you use delivery confirmation?

I use it all the time. Even if it's something I sold for $5. It's just not worth the risk of not using it, even for small stuff. You never know what kind of troll could be on the other end of the deal.

Yup, I use it. But I put the label on at the post office, since I get it just for the neon green color and to make it look like it is important. ;):D

I use it for every transaction. I always pay for it, too lazy to d/l the label online.

Ya know, only ONCE out of ~150 items shipped did somebody claim they didn't receive an item. It was nice to pull up the DC# info and give a "neener, neeeeener, neeeeeeener" to them :).

Apparently the guy lived in a dorm and the package was eventually returned to me. Needless to say I shipped it to him again (at his expense of course).

I always use delivery confirmation because every once in a while there's a guy who is going to say that he didn't receive his items.

Always use it. If the buyer states they never got it, you are required by law to give a refund or ship another identical item if you can't prove otherwise. It's free anyways with priority mail.

I guess you don't get insurance either.

Does the phrase buyer pays shipping mean nothing to you....

I use it all the time. Thank god I used it once when I RMA'd something to a shady company. If it wasn't for that delivery confirmation I would probably be out $240.

Mosltly I use D.C. but I ALWAYS insure. If someone claims that they did not receive their item, in order to collect insurance they have to have a notarized letter saying that they did not receive the item, if they lie about this, it constitutes mail fraud, and they have landed themselves in a whole lot more trouble then.

I hate receiving something DC because I am never home at the times that they deliver. Without DC they conveniently drop the packages off on my side porch. This is assuming DC is where you have to sign for the package.
