browse thru books. read, copy info, then put it back on the shelf.

IF so, why not just goto your local library?

For the coffee bar and comfy couches?

I've never done it myself but that's what I see when I go in there.

I like to hang out there. Mostly when waiting on the gf to shop. But I do spend money there too. But I have seen straight bums just chilling in there.

Nope never really used BN as a Library but I did return my college text books to BN after the terms were over. Got Full store credit back(Got the books from school and the cost was in my tuition fees so I didnt have to pay out of pocket, Good thing too, some books were like 150 bucks)

I used to store credit to update my anime collection

Yes, I have fond memories of teaching myself html in a B&N slumped over some coffee and a laptop with a good book on it. . .

no. I'd be much more inclined to use my local library for that, especially considering I live right down the street from it.

So you didn't pay for the books and originally you got it from your school but you decided you were going to defraud a company by going and returning it to them to get your money back? Nice fraud and not a good way to start off your forum membership.
