I have an old Norelco from 14 years ago. Not sure how smooth a razor is but when I'm done I have a smooth face. Not sure how it could be any smoother than smooth. But anyway, I love it since it's still kicking along after all this time. I think the "Lift and Cut" technology helps them get a much closer shave than the standard foil topped ones.
