Do you use a software firewall?

I'm curious about this. I have been using ZA for years along with my router's firewall, but I just quit using ZA now. I liked to catch the programs phoning home but now it doesn't seem to matter to me so much.

Just the router for the PC. I think the notebook has SP2 firewall because I havent bothered to turn it off yet.

Anybody that doesn't run a software firewall is an idiot an asking to get owned. You're also not being a very good netizen by NOT running one.

NAT IS NOT SECURITY!

I don't use one and I make my own patch cables. I AM DOOMED!!!!1111!!!!!

I have bitdefender internet security (firewall included) installed on both of my machines, and I use a SonicWall TZ-170 wireless for a router.

NAT firewall, like the wimpy M$ SP2 firewall block only incoming stuff. Neither gives a damn about anything on your computer "phoning home" which a software firewall will stop.
