Do you use a Logitech Cordless Optical Mouseman?

For Cordless Optical Mouseman owners...

Are you using either version 9.6 or 9.61 (latest version) of the Mouseman software?

If so, do you get weird scrolling behavior with these versions?
If I use either of these versions, I get double-scrolling. No matter what I set the scrolling size to be, it gets doubled. And I can see the small hesitation between the double-scrolling.

yes, i do have this mouse, but not sure of the version of the software i am running. but the problem i am having with it that maybe you can help is that i cant get the scroll wheel to work in games like q3a, rtcw, or jk2. is there a fix for these problem, i hate not being able to scroll thru my weapons.

goto control panel, select mouse, make sure button 3 is set on middle button.

GAME_WHL.EXE is a Registry file that allows gamers to use a Logitech wheel/roller mouse without having to disable or end task on EM_EXEC.EXE, when playing games such as Rogue Spear and Quake. This Registry file also allows MouseWare to send both "Scroll Bar" and "Office Compatible" wheel messages at the same time. Eliminating the need to check and uncheck the "Office Compatible" check box under the "Buttons" tab of the MouseWare properties dialogue.
