Locking of these threads....is it because of the question itself? Or is it because of the inevitable immaturity of the responses?

I think that these kinds of questions can be quite legitimate, especially for people who just don't know what "the norm" may be.
But society tells us "SHHHHHH" and don't talk about it. So everyone's just clueless as to what to do. And so, in desparation, they turn to ATOT for answers.
