This is very true in a way... you can't dish out a facial if the service sucked, but when it's great a 20% gratuity will automatically be added to the face.

Negative. My ex would give a 2 hour massage, sweat her ass off and not get a tip.. then she makes like $10. She gets to eat lunch for the day!
