Agreed, it all depends on if the delivery person gets the tip money. If they don't I have no idea why this would even be a question. Of course you would tip. If you can't afford it or think the price including tip is too much, order from somewhere else. Don't be a tight ass dick and short the guy who brings it to you.

Sounds like you have a good relationship with your pizza man then- extra stuff? That's unheard of...

We had a pizza guy that used to come to my fraternity house sometimes two-three times a night. He NEVER threw in anything extra!

Oh well. I always try to do 10-15 percent, or whatever I have that's convenient. I know its not the best job in the world. Its normally people that are the same age as me or younger..so as long as they're polite and prompt...I am polite and prompt with my payment and tip!
That goes the same for servers in restaurants too...really. Although I generally tip a slightly higher percentage (10-18percent)
