No. The sweet tomatos here in Houston is totally self-serve and even if they servers got us refills, that's not enough to tip for, IMHO.

but this one time, at dinner, i found some rotten tomatoes (the irony! or is that salty tomatoes). anyway, i told the manager, who proceeded to do nothing about it. i should file a complaint with the health department next time. by the way, this was at a 'soup plantation'.

you're supposed to tip the waiter $1 for every drink he brings you. If it's completely self-serve I'd still leave a couple bucks for the busboy's (for a party of 2).
