Could I do it? I'm really not sure. I think I'd have to try it to find out for sure though. I do fine with pullups, chin ups, dips, etc. but I think some people aren't realizing that this is completely different. The rings are not stationary. A pullup/chin up/dip bar will not move as you do, rings will. The extra amount of strength needed to keep stabilization while pulling up and then pushing up adds a significant amount of difficulty. This is not the same as being able to do a pull up, and then a dip.
