My friend said he used to know an actual person that ws named richard gozinya. So I was looking for him.
 
It's safe to assume the name isn't real. The phone company will let you list your phone under any name you want. If you have your phone listed under a fake name, any time someone calls and asks for that name you know it's a telemarketer.

The Pittsburgh phone book has (or had) a "Gnarly Rad" listed.
 
He said he was real and to not call him anymore. Told him John Hill in Utah gave me his number...he said he would be over shortly.
