some people just have poorly developed brains or have massive chemical/hormonal imbalances I think that leads to basically having no impulse control or ability to step outside oneself and see how they might look through other peoples eyes, like they just lack that ability entirely

or maybe just bad parenting, fuck I don't know

What a stupid thing to do to your body though. I mean, I've seen worse, such as eye ball tatoos, but this pretty much takes the cake as well.
 
He should get a port installed in his stomach so that we can inspect his digestion, like those cows at big animal science institutions.
 
They make plugs that don't have holes in them, I imagine that's what he uses when he's trying to do normal human activities like eating.
