I certainly hope not , I have a factory sealed retail 146 CABYE 0540 FPMW sitting on the shelf that will go to Ebay in about 1-2 weeks. If I don't get what I want, I'll put it in a second machine. My 146 FPAW is doing 2.85 GHz on stock volts. Simply outstanding...

I agree with Mucker, I don't think they will go back to retailers, I have a 148 CABYE 0540 that will do 3GHZ on stock voltage and I may Ebay it.
