Who is flat chested, that it is unflattering?

I'm watching Leno and Kate Hudson is wearing a ridiculously revealing top that looks very unflattering to me.

I don't mean to sound like an asshole in plain words, but it really annoys me when flat chested women wear very low cut/revealing clothes. I am not a mean person/ass like I sound like now, but this is just a pet peeve of mine. I think they look much more attractive in 'normal' clothing.

Anyone else bothered by this?
