I wouldn't be surprised if some countries are already experimenting in genetic engineering on humans. In the third world, human life is nearly worthless.

Problem is once you get the top then you have to start inbreeding. The way it's setup now you just random variations, for those of super intelligence, not sure if there's much dependence on their parent's intelligence. I can't think of any example where the offspring of a genius was able to accomplish as much as their parent.
